The legendary James Taylor returns to Wolf Trap on Thursday, September 12th, at 8 PM, and he’s staying for a three-night residency this summer! The Grammy-winning singer is set to hit the road for a nationwide 32-city “Summer 2024 US Tour” that kicks off in May at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and culminates at the Vienna concert venue in early September.
Five decades strong, James Taylor’s live performances remain enchanting, and his recent accolades are proof that he’s as powerful as ever! In 2015, he achieved his first-ever #1 album on the Billboard Charts with "Before This World," which also received a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Vocal Album. He continued to push boundaries in 2020 with the release of "Break Shot," an audio-only memoir detailing his early life; this deeply personal work gave audiences a unique glimpse into Taylor's formative years.
